First I’ll explain a bit about the authors, then what the program is and what you actually get. The pros & cons of Metabolic Cooking
Pros – There’s a few things I really like about this program.
First of all, the program is easily downloadable onto your home computer, laptop or any other gadget, so you don’t have to wait around for delivery. You can have the entire package available to use almost instantly.
Obviously, as an enthusiastic cook myself, I would recommend these recipes to anyone that’s looking to create a diet plan that you certainly won’t get fed up of, or to anyone that could just use some simple, healthy cooking ideas.
All the recipes are easy to understand and straight forward to prepare, using pretty much the ingredients you’d have in the kitchen right now, give or take.
Also you could easily create a personalized meal plan, and then go to your local store and buy exactly what you need. This in it’s self can save you money as if your like me, sometimes you get to the checkout with much more in the trolley that you planned for
Now, as someone that loves eating and really gets off on alternative healthy versions of my favorite comfort foods and takeaways, I love the fact that the recipes are designed to satisfy your every craving.
I think what’s most important though, is that the Metabolic Cooking program is in someways a course, because with every recipe you prepare, your learning new ways to eat right and maximize your metabolic rate.guarantee
Ho, I should mention that Dave and Karine offer a full 100% money back guarantee if your not happy with their product. This is always good to hear when purchasing anything, as to me it demonstrates that the company your buying off believes in what their selling.
Cons – The few negatives here I suppose, are obvious…
First off, it’s a fact that lots of dieters are not willing to spend the time to cook meals from scratch at home, Although for the most part, the recipes in Metabolic Cooing are super fast to prepare. Many people simply want a quick, convenient approach to weight loss, without getting their hands dirty.
Also, most experts would agree that the most effective way to loss weight is to combine a healthy diet with exercise. This program does not recommend any workout systems. So that’s something you’ll need to sort out yourself.
Finally, Some recipes include protein powder in the ingredients. This in most cases is optional, but if you decide to stick to the original recipe, you can pick up many different types and flavors of protein powders in most health and fitness shops.
Final thoughts
So if your idea of healthy eating is rustling up the same old bland and boring meals, this program will completely change the way you think about cooking healthily.
As someone that cooks a lot at home, I love the use of herbs and spices in these recipes, and It’s also great that they give ideas for breakfast as well as ways to cook meat and fish.
One thing I constantly bang on about is the fact that real Lasting weight loss can only be achieved by making changes to your life. Educating yourself in what to eat is so important, I can’t stress this enough.
I’ve added to this article a recipes from one of the nine books you’ll get so that you know what to expect. For much more information, you can go straight to the official Metabolic Cooking Website by clicking the blue link below…
